There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Lynn, Gardner, Kerttula, and Doll: Page 2, lines 19 - 23: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Representative Lynn moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Amendment to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Crawford: Add to the amendment: "Page 2, lines 12 - 18: Delete all material." Representative Crawford moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There was objection. Representative Crawford moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment to Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 368(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage.
